TURN & BURN: Turn & Burn is a high energy , music-driven spin class. At the beginning of class, 15 minutes are devoted to resistance band strength work off the bike to get a total body burn and peak your metabolism. The remaining 45 minutes are on the bike to spin your way to an intense caloric and fat burn workout. All levels welcome.
