Coaches
After coaching triathlon full-time for over 20 years I see the greatest results from guiding an athlete down the path towards mastery. The foundation of mastery is simple: consistent repetitions of specific workouts paired with excellent recovery. The details are complex: workouts must be appropriate in duration, intensity, and include an element that improves technique.

Swimming has been a part of Charlotte’s life for as long as she can remember, and it's a passion she is excited to share with every child she teaches. As a competitive open water swimmer and instructor at Olympian Lenny Krayzelburg SwimRight Academy, she has had the privilege of teaching children of all ages, helping them learn water safety, build confidence, and master all four swim strokes.
Charlotte believes that every child learns at their own pace and strives to create a fun, patient, and encouraging environment where they feel comfortable trying new things and celebrating every achievement. Whether your child is getting in the water for the very first time or looking to improve their technique, Charlotte will help them become a strong, confident swimmer while making each lesson enjoyable. There's nothing more rewarding than watching a child overcome their fears, gain confidence, and discover a love for swimming that can last a lifetime.
I have coached all ages & abilities and have found my niche in coaching both youth/junior and female athletes. I have coached high school swimming since 2008 and currently teach history and coach both swimming and a triathlon team at Notre Dame High School. I also lead the adult women’s triathlon program, where I focus on building confidence, community, and performance at every level. For me, working with athletes—especially young adults and women—is not just a job but a vocation. My goal is to introduce and educate individuals in the sport of triathlon to create lifetime athletes.
