5th Annual Coast 2 Coast- Don’t Miss it

Swim coach Bryan Mineo will be leading ocean swim workouts on Wednesday mornings at 7am (ready to swim) and  Saturday mornings at 8:30am. 

We will meet at the beach at the end of Knob Hill in Redondo Beach.   Bryan will work on mastering swimming in the ocean and other valuable skills to help with your open water swimming.  Please rsvp as each session is limited to 20 people.  If you rsvp and can't make it, please take your name off the list by the previous morning so someone else may attend.  This is a member's only event.  NOTE: All of our training events are at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety
