If your looking for a great FREE open water swim workout.  LA Tri Club and TriFit LA host a free open water swim during the summer. (May-Oct)  Come join all the fun as we serve fresh hot coffee from 10 Speed Coffee after each swim.   Friday mornings 6:30am  at LIFEGUARD STATION 26
