Will Rogers Trail Run Workout
			Join us at Will Rogers State Park every Tuesday morning at 7:30 AM for a coached hill run led by Coach Bernard Baski. Be prepared to take your running and fitness to the next level with these fun yet challenging workouts. Each workout will include a 10-minute warm up and approximately 40-minute run with rest breaks.
Benefits of hill training: Improved muscle strength, increased speed, improved stamina, and a boost to overall performance and training efficiency. Hill running sessions can also improve your VO2 max.
Location & Parking: Will Rogers State Park. Parking is $3 per hour, and there is also nearby street parking available (please read signs). For your convenience, TRIFIT will provide (10) complimentary parking passes for current TF members on a first come, first serve basis each week.
