Valley Run - Interval Training with Coach Steve Po

We’re starting back! Yes, we’ll be restarting our Valley Thursday night interval running program on Thursday nights, except the first Thursday of the month as that is our monthly club general meeting night.  Check out the info below and let us know if you’re interested in working on your running skills and speed.

-Training type: interval running, plus strength, core & stretching

-Features: customized to your goal events; all abilities welcomed.

-Coach/instructor: Steve Polley, L1, USAT; multi National Champion; IM WC.

-Overview: this weekly program is designed to assist club members in learning how to run faster, while -keeping good form and technique.
