Westside Ride 2.0
Westside Ride 2.0 Description: Intermediate to Advanced ride that will meet at 7:30 on Ocean and SV and roll out by 740am. In most cases we will head up the coast towards Malibu and the Canyons of the Santa Monica Mtns. The basic outline of the workouts will be Power based using time and wattage based intervals. There is be lots climbing and high intensity intervals on the majority of the rides. Ride durations will be between 3 to 4 hours and 50 to 70 miles in length. Ride Rules and expectations: * Safety First: No Group Aerobar riding. When there are multiple riders: the lead rider rides aero, following riders on base bars or at least 4 bike lengths back to use Aerobars. * Bring your flat kit, and be able to change your own flat. Have your bike in safe working condition. * This is NOT a "NO Drop Ride" beginner ride. There will only be 1 maybe 2 for longer rides rest / bathroom stops per ride.
