Fat Burner - MTB/Run the Hills

Challenging,scenic and fun: Moderate pace Mountain Bike ride, warm up down Ocean, climb Amalfi to Sunset and backside of Will Rodgers to Inspiration Point, transition to run, 2 loops from visitors center to Inspiration point, return to Santa Monica. 140 BPM goal, except for spikes on a few steep inclines. 14 miles bike, 4 miles run.

Start: Car Wash on Main and Ocean Park - 7:30 am Pickup: Ocean and San Vincente - 7:45 Inspiration Point: 8:25 Visitor Center Transition: 8:35 run start/finish 45-50 Min, then back on the bike for return. Finish OP and Main - 9:40 - 9:50
