Fat Burner - MTB/Run the Hills
Challenging,scenic and fun: Moderate pace Mountain Bike ride, warm up down Ocean, climb Amalfi to Sunset and backside of Will Rodgers to Inspiration Point, transition to run, 2 loops from visitors center to Inspiration point, return to Santa Monica. 140 BPM goal, except for spikes on a few steep inclines. 14 miles bike, 4 miles run.
