Inner Yoga Mon Nite MultiSport Yoga
Join Lizzie every Monday night from 7:45-9pm for MultiSport Yoga at Inner Power Yoga in Woodland Hills. This all-level class brings yoga to multi-sport athletes and athletic-minded individuals striving for balance, strength, flexibility,focus, injury prevention, and increased body awareness both in sport and in life. Students will explore yoga asanas (poses) that enhance athletic alignment and engagement. In addition, MultiSport Yoga helps students experience restorative poses that stimulate and stretch connective tissue, helping to activate energy, wake up the full body, and re-center the mind.
