Barb's Training Group - Swim/Run
Swim at Long Beach Bayshore Aquatic Playground, meeting on the pier at 7 a.m. for a swim in the calm water.
The run to follow is 6 miles. If you're meeting us for just the run,be there by about 7:30 or so.
