TOWER 26® Bike Trainer Workouts
The bike trainer workouts led by Coach Rom Levitsky will take place on the pool deck of the Pali pool. Everyone must bring their own trainer, towels and water or sports drink of their choice.
These workouts are FREE in the month of May. Starting in June these workouts become part of your paid Tower 26 TOWER 26® triathlon training package.
Workouts are at the Pacific Palisades High School located at 15777 Bowdoin St. Pacific Palisades 90272. Park in the lot of the school off of Bowdoin St.
