Track runs with high intensity training. 2 groups. Track Light for beginners or those wanting to engage Fast Twitch muscles for more speed on the short distance. The regular group usually does non-stop highly effective VO2 Max intervals, designed to raise your VO2 Max and Anaerobic Threshold. It's all good!
