Martial Fit with Richard Alanzo 12 - 1pm
MARTIAL FIT: Intense martial arts cross-training that builds cardio, core strength and muscle tone, but is more advanced than basic kicks & punches. Practice moves from Tae Kwon Do, Capoeira, Muay Thai, Boxing, & Filipino Martial Arts. Combinations are applied to the air, pads, and then to interactive partner drills, with quick attention to technique, strategy and mindset.
