TriFit MartialFit

This intense martial arts cross-training workout builds muscle tone & challenges cardio stamina, but is more than just blunt force trauma with your limbs. Rooted in both Traditional and Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do, Capoeira, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Filipino Martial Arts, this workout employs striking & kicking combinations applied to the air, to pads, and then to interactive partner drills, with quick attention to technique, strategy and mindset. Work with resistance bands, medicine balls, plyometrics, and gymnastic challenges ensure a solid core from which to launch explosive defense strikes. No experience necessary for this truly empowering hour.
