COS Swim (Chicken of the Sea)
This is an out and back ocean swim. The entry/exit is virtually surf free.
While this is a beginner-friendly swim, prior ocean-swimming experience is necessary, and you must be able to swim at least 400 yards non-stop in the pool.
Please be sure to also bring a BRIGHT swim cap (suggest: lime green, bright blue, yellow, orange) and be prepared to pair up with a swimming buddy.
**Note** All LATC suggested training is at your own risk. All individuals swim at their own risk. Thank you.

We meet in front of the last lifeguard station and the jetty on the southernmost part of Venice Beach in Marina Del Rey.
