Listing Rules:
1. Only current Members of LA Tri Club may post Classified ads.
2. All ads and viewing of the ads are subject to the Terms of Use.
3. Ads may be posted by Members for an initial period of 40 days. If the Member reduces the price of the item offered (ceteris paribus) by a material amount (as determined by LA Tri Club in its sole discretion), then the posting may be extended an additional 40 day period. The number of such extensions are unlimited provided the price is reduced materially for each extension. The only exception to the time limit is for recurring rental items (e.g. bike travel cases) which may be reposted without price change.
4. LA Tri Club, in its sole discretion, may remove ads, suspend Member privileges with respect to the Classifieds, and take such other actions as it deems necessary to maintain the Classifieds, including removing the service altogether.
5. Only triathlon-related goods may be offered for sale, to buy, or for rent. The only exception is for living space offers to rent or roommate offers.
6. Ads must be for Member's own personal property; Members may NOT place ads for property that is not their own. No businesses may offer new or used items. No services may be offered.
7. Members must input their own ads, be responsible for each ad's accuracy and maintenance, make their own changes, and remove the ad immediately once the it has been satisfied (sold, bought, or rented). Ads may be accessed, changed, and maintained via the link on My Profile*.
NOTE: These Listing Rules may be amended by LA Tri Club at any time. Changes are effective immediately after posting on the website.
