DESCRIPTION:Wednesdays are for Westridge Trail!<br><br>\n\nIn collaboration with Angel City Run Club - LA Tri Club is hosting a weekly Wednesday morning trail run on our local gem Westridge.<br><br>\n\nThis is a roughly 7 mile roundtrip run but it can be customized to be shorter or longer as needed.<br><br>\n\n<b>WHERE:</b> Westridge Trailhead<br>\n<b>WHEN:</b> Wednesdays 6:30AM<br>\n<b>HOW FAR:</b> 7 miles roundtrip to Nike Tower and back<br>\n<b>WHAT TO BRING:</b> Snacks & hydration as necessary (there is water at mile 3.5 at the Nike Tower)<br><br>\n\nThis is also a dog-friendly trail if you would like to bring a furry friend!<br><br>\n\nFor questions - please contact Katie@latriclub.com
