DESCRIPTION:LA Tri Club Velocity is an indoor bike workout with <b>live rides on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30am PST</b>. On-demand rides are available 24/7. These workouts are best done on a smart trainer but can be ridden on a standard trainer\, Peloton\, or any indoor bike.<br><br>\n\nWe advise that you to drop into the platform to sign up\, connect devices\, and explore the 45min Intro to LA Tri Club Velocity workout <b>before</b> your first live ride.<br><br>\n\nThere is a <b>14 day free trial</b> so you can sample as you like.<br><br>\n\nA couple of important notes:<br><bt>\n\n1) LA Tri Club Velocity platform is <b>only compatible with a Chrome browser for laptops and PCs.</b> For iPads\, they run a different version of Chrome\, so you need to download the ^'Velocity Cycling^' app from the Apple App Store.<br><br>\n\n2) Any Bluetooth-compatible devices you have will enhance the ride (smart trainer\, HR monitor\, power meters\, etc) and have your Bluetooth enabled on your laptop\, PC or iPad.<br><br>\n\n3) If you have a dedicated cadence sensor then connect the cadence\, if you are going to get your cadence off of a power meter or smart trainer\, leave cadence disconnected on Velocity.<br><br>\n\n4) Bluetooth establishes 1-to-1 relationships\, so please <b>make sure your devices aren't already connected</b> to a head unit\, another device or software program (Zwift\, Trainer Road\, etc.) or a manufacturer's app (Wahoo\, TACX\, etc.)<br><br>\n\n5) The stronger your internet connection\, the better your experience. This is a video-based app\, so you'll need a good upload/download speed<br><br>\n\n6) There is a helpful pink circle in the bottom right corner of the riding app <b>(app.vqvelocity.com)</b> that provides access to a large library of education and support articles/videos. Fun!<br><br>\n\n7) Once you are in the live ride you can click on your camera (upper right side of screen in green) and\, to see each other you can click on the people icon top center-right.<br><br>\n\n<b>If you have questions - please email Ian@LATriClub.com</b>
