DESCRIPTION:Our Friday Morning Swims are coached led with Lifeguards.  We serve coffee and donuts afterwards.  We will divide up the groups based on abilities.\n<p>\nToes in the water at 6:30am sharp! Must be able to swim 400 yards in a pool.\n<p>\nCross streets are Barnard Way & Ocean Park Blvd in Santa Monica   \n<p>\nMust Sign Waiver https://trifitla.com/join-us/\n<p>\nThis workout is FREE for the public but you must sign the Waiver to attend.
