Wednesday Night Track
Each week, under the supervision of Level 2 coaches, multiple groups, performing different workouts, designed to accomplish different things.
We have athletes from Nationals and World competitors, to beginners. Track Light is for beginners or those starting up again, or don't have enough endurance work. Two miles.
Repetitions Group is faster and goes three miles, divided up, at high intensity.
Intervals Group is non-stop for three miles, with higher and lower intensity, designed to raise your threshold levels.
Walking group as well. Learn to power walk, or practice.
