New Southbay Ride
Come out and join us for the re-launch of the LATC Southbay Ride. This will also be a good warm up for the Mt. Baldy July 4t LATC Mucho Gusto Ride. Announcement will continue to follow for more member led activities are coming to the South Bay!!
Saturday 6/30 , 8:00 AM Malaga Cove Bike Ride - Palos Verdes - Meet at the the Yellow Vase Bakery
The plan is a 30 mile bike loop in around the Palos Verdes with 2700 ft of climbing and 4 meet up points along the route. Expected time of 2.5 hours. The route will take us on Palos Verdes West to Paseo Del Mar and back to Palos Verdes West until we hit Palos Verdes East and do Climb #1. Next we will reach Palos Verdes North until we get to Hawthorne Blvd and complete climb #2. We will then go back to Palos Verdes West and head back to Malaga Cove.
Meet up Point 1 : Paseo Lunada and Palos Verdes West
Meet up Point 2: Palos Verdes East and Crest.
Meet up Point 3: Palos Verdes East and Palos Verdes North
Meet up Point 4: Hawthorne and Silver Spur
We will also be planning a 7:30 AM pick up at the Manhattan Beach Pier for those wanting to ride up.
