TriFit Vinyasa Alignment w/ Emily
Experience a variety of poses while seamlessly linking body, breath and movement. Each class has a concentrated theme that emphasizes moving into and out of postures safely with reverence toward correct body alignment. You will use breath to learn and quiet your mind in order to find peace and inner stillness. The use of blocks, straps and props are strongly encouraged. Come enjoy this alignment based Vinyasa class, modifications are offered for all.
