Turn & Burn TriFIT Indoor Cycling

Turn & Burn is a high energy, music-driven spin class. At the beginning of class, 15 minutes are devoted to resistance band strength work off the bike to get a total body burn and peak your metabolism. The remaining 45 minutes are on the bike to spin your way to an intense caloric and fat burn workout. All levels welcome. Taught by Julie Dragicevich.
