Master swimmers who feel the necessity to train and compete at a more intense level\, will have the potential of additional weekly classes. We suggest starting with SWIM WORKOUT. Masters Swim class is designed for athletes wanting to get the competitive edge.\n<br>\n*Please note you will start out with dry land exercises then continue the workout in the pool. Please bring appropriate clothing.
