DESCRIPTION:July is free indoor cycling workout month for LATC members\, at Trifit Club & Studios.\nClasses are taught by cyclists\, triathletes and spin enthusiasts. Training indoors on the bike is the best way to keep conditioned for outdoor riding.\n\nIf you would like to experience TriFit's full schedule of classes (including spinning\, yoga\, and many others) and our fitness center facilities\, you may sign up for a two-week pass for only $25 and LATC members always receive their first month free!\n\nBring your LATC membership card and workout with us at our facility!
