DESCRIPTION:**TIME: 6:00 am sharp.*** <p>\nWe meet on the sand at 6 am for our prompt beach start. With wetsuits at your waist\, we head out for a very brief warm-up jog\, then hit the water for a warm-up swim\, followed by designed circuit swims.   <p>\n\nThis is not an absolute beginner workout. You must be able to swim 1\,000 YARDS without stopping\; approximately 2:45/100 yard speed\; about 45 min mile speed or faster\; 25 minute for short Malibu tri\; 1-hour for a 70.3 swim\; or under 2 hours for an Ironman swim. Wetsuits strongly recommended.<p>\nYou will be asked to sign a waiver. Everyone participates at their own risk. <p>
