TriChicks Run - Hill Repeats
On the *first* and *third* Thursday of every month, we will be doing an easy warm up loop around Brentwood golf course (approx. 1.5 miles) and then hill repeats up the Franklin Ave hill. Effort and duration of the repeats will vary throughout the season and you are always welcome to do as many or as few as suits you on that day. Entire workout should last 45-60 min. depending on the length and number of repeats we do. You are welcome to do your own pace, your own duration...heck, run your own hill for all we care!!! Just get out and enjoy the morning! This workout is for *all* levels.
