DESCRIPTION:This is an out and back ocean swim. The entry/exit is virtually surf free.  <br>\nWhile this is a beginner-friendly swim\, prior ocean-swimming experience is necessary\, and you must be able to swim at least 400 yards non-stop in the pool. <br> Please be sure to also bring a BRIGHT swim cap (suggest: lime green\, bright blue\, yellow\, orange) and be prepared to pair up with a swimming buddy. <br> **Note** All LATC suggested training is at your own risk.
