DESCRIPTION:An out and back bike ride from Playa del Rey to Redondo Beach.  We generally ride together and have stop points along the route for slower riders to catch up.  The rides are geared for triathletes needing quick weekday bike workouts\, so we request that new riders have some bike skill and fitness.  Ride length is 18 miles\, ride time is <1.5 hours.  All ability groups welcome.
