DESCRIPTION:This free clinic presented by Evolution Physical Therapy in Playa Vista is designed to give triathletes planning to compete in their first Ironman distance race with all the information they need to get through training and have a successful event.  Detailed preventative strengthening/stretching/stabilization exercises will be given by a licensed physical therapist to keep you healthy through the rigors of distance training.  Nutritional and metabolic demands will be discussed by professors from the Exercise Physiology Department at LMU\, and a recent first-time Ironman finisher will be on hand to give his/her experiences of training and racing.\n\nIf you are even considering stepping up to an Ironman distance race\, you need to be at this clinic!
