Instructor: Bernard 90 minute cardio interval workout designed to improve and maximize aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Whether you are just looking to burn calories or increase your bike power output and pedal stroke efficiency, this is the class for you.

We are located in the Colorado Center TriFit Club and Studios 2425 Colorado Ave Suite 120 Santa Monica, CA 90401 *Enter parking garage, pull a parking ticket and be sure to bring it with you to get it validated at the TriFit front desk. Look for the Daily Grill/2501 sign in the parking structure, take the elevators up to level 1 and go to the TriFit Front desk to sign in.
